EduPlatform: Courses, live classes, fees and payroll in one system for coaching institutes and schools
EduPlatform runs a whole institute from one login: online courses, live classes, batches and branches, fee collection, teacher payroll and a parent portal.
What EduPlatform does
Courses and study material
Build courses from ordered video lectures and PDF notes. Students see only the courses they are enrolled in, and notes download through private links that expire after 10 minutes.
Live classes
Paste a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link and schedule it for a batch or course. Only eligible students can see the link.
Batches and branches
Group students into batches with a seat limit, assign courses and teachers, and track students and revenue for each branch.
Offline-first fee collection
Record cash, bank transfer, UPI or cheque payments, including part-payments. Get overdue flags, automatic email reminders, refunds, PDF receipts and CSV reports. No payment gateway is needed.
Teacher attendance and payroll
Mark teacher attendance, approve leave and generate payslips from attendance. Paid payslips are locked, and teachers see only their own.
Tests, certificates and parent portal
Run tests, issue certificates when a course is complete, and let parents follow their child's progress and fees.
Frequently asked questions
What is EduPlatform?
EduPlatform is a learning management system (LMS) and institute management platform. One web application handles online courses, live classes, tests and certificates, student batches and branches, fee collection, teacher attendance and payroll, and a parent portal.
Who is it for?
Coaching institutes, test-prep academies, training companies, schools and tuition centres, and any organisation that sells recorded courses with optional live sessions.
Do we need a payment gateway to collect fees?
No. Fee collection is built for institutes that take payment at the counter. Staff record cash, bank transfer, UPI or cheque payments, including part-payments, and the system tracks overdue fees, sends email reminders and produces PDF receipts.
Can parents see their child's progress and fees?
Yes. A parent account is linked to one or more students and shows each child's progress and fee status.
How are course videos and notes protected?
Lecture videos are shown only to logged-in, enrolled students, with the viewer's name displayed on screen. PDF notes are stored in private cloud storage and downloaded through links that expire after 10 minutes.
Does it support several branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own students, batches and revenue figures, and the owner can see them side by side.
How does teacher payroll work?
Teachers' daily attendance and approved leave feed into payslips. Sundays are excluded and half-days count as half. Admins can add bonuses and deductions, and a payslip is locked once it is marked paid.
How does an institute get started?
Each institute gets its own separate workspace with an institute code. Staff, students and parents sign in with the login details the institute gives them.
